Where is SY located?
We are located within the Ice works building on High Street—the heart of North Willoughby. Simply walk in to the complex and you will find a set of steps located on the right that lead up to our beautiful clinic.
What treatments do you perform?
We offer a variety of non-invasive to minimally invasive non-surgical to suit your skin needs or concerns. From facials, medical-grade skin care, to non-surgical face lifts, we utilise the highest quality of treatments to ensure the best results for everyone of our clients.

Do I need a consult before having a treatment?
Yes! We pride ourselves on our comprehensive and complimentary consults.
We always understand our clients do their research before coming in and we love that!
However, it is crucial to have a consultation with one of our friendly and experienced staff to make sure that the treatment or more outcome you want, is also the safest and most suitable for you.
During your consult we discuss every and any concern you have as well as all available treatment options that would best fit you, your needs and most importantly prioritise your wellbeing.
We value education and informing our clients of all treatment possibilities, outcomes and risks involved with all treatments allowing us to come up with a treatment journey that incorporates your wants, needs and skin health.
If I take regular medication or if I’m currently on antibiotics should I let you know prior to my appointment?
Yes. Whilst the treatments we offer are non-surgical and vary in levels of invasiveness, they are clinical (medical).
Our clinic is strict on patient confidentiality, but is so important to disclose any medical history, procedure or medication regular or otherwise to ensure your safety.
Please rest assured your privacy is a priority and we do not share any of your personal information with anyone without your written consent (please see our Privacy Policy for more information.)
I have booked an appointment, what next?
We kindly ask that you fill out the required paper work PRIOR to your appointment. That you come to your appointments make up free. This ensures your appointment and/or treatment can flow smoothly for you.
I have a special occasion. How far in advance should I book my treatment?
We pride ourselves on providing a variety of treatments to cater to every skin need, however as a general rule of thumb, the earlier the better. Two week prior to a small event but from 6-8 weeks for something a bit larger.
For occasions such as a wedding day, milestone birthday and anything of that degree, 2-3 months prior to ensure we can comprehensively cover your skin concerns and provide the most effective and safest treatment plan with appropriate downtime in case it is necessary.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes we do! We offer, Afterpay, Zippay and paypal Pay-by-four!
Currently we do not offer any inhouse payment plan options.
I’m pregnant, can I still have treatment?
Whilst pregnant, it is imperative to remember some treatment options may be restricted, however that does not mean all. In order to find out what you can do and what you can’t please contact us and book in for a complimentary comprehensive consultation so we can find something right for you during that special time of life.
I want to purchase/was given an SY gift certificate—how long do I have to use it?
Our gift cards have a 36 month expiry from date of purchase. This specific date will be displayed on the gift certificate as well as on file for the client along with the unique gift certificate code. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
I want to have a girl’s night/special skin evening?
We love to celebrate your skin with you. Whether it’s a girls night, Hen’s Night, special birthday or just because you want to get together and glow up, Team SY has you covered with a bespoke treatment night for you and your friends.
